Common questions.

Usually not, and that is the most useful thing we can tell you. It fits when multiple parties who do not trust each other need a shared, tamper-evident record without a central operator. If one organisation controls the data, a database with strong audit logging is cheaper, faster and easier to fix.

It is a trade-off, not a best practice. Upgradeable contracts let you fix bugs but reintroduce a trusted party who can change the rules — which can undermine the reason for being on-chain. We make it an explicit decision with your governance, before deployment.

An independent firm, not us. Reviewing our own contracts would not be a meaningful check. We budget for it, prepare for it and fix what it finds before anything holds real value.

Gas for transactions, infrastructure for nodes or a provider, monitoring, and key custody — which is an operational discipline rather than a line item. We model these before you commit, because they often change whether the idea makes sense.
